3G Construction is absolutely incredible. My family and I were thrilled with our addition, and our neighbors constantly complimented the project’s impressive scale and pace. There are zero complaints about these guys! Brandon and Derek are brothers and co-owners of 3G. They lead a small, mighty, and reliable team. I was referred to them by a trusted contractor who told me, "these are the guys with the know-how to get it done." He was right. I had blueprints for a large two-story addition requiring the demolition of an attached one-car garage to rebuild a much larger foundation with a two-car garage, a "Florida room," and a master suite above. From our first meeting, I knew Brandon was honest and trustworthy. When the initial design put me over budget, Brandon gave me excellent advice on what to have my architect adjust to lower costs. This transparency cemented my trust. Even the town building department praised them, giving me total confidence. We were #5 on their schedule and braced for Buffalo's unpredictable winter weather. Ahead of a major February cold front, the 3G crew rushed to demo the old structure and pour the new foundation just in time, protecting it with snow blankets until the weather broke. Once it did, things started CRUISING. These guys work tirelessly in harsh elements. They start exactly at 7:30 AM—meaning hammers are swinging at 7:29:59 AM daily. That is true accountability. They are a non-smoking crew, and every subcontractor they brought in was equally reliable and professional. In fact, the subcontractors went out of their way to rave about how wonderful it was to work on a 3G job site compared to the horror stories they experienced elsewhere. That is a massive win for a homeowner. Throughout the project, there was no arguing, complaining, or mess. This is a tough industry with constant obstacles, but they just take care of business. As a restaurant owner who has managed multiple build-outs, I don't throw praise around lightly: these guys STAND ON BUSINESS. Not only did they execute our original plan flawlessly, but they willingly took on extra indoor projects as we went, like remodeling the entryway and hanging new doors. They even installed a custom carport over my hot tub! They were happy and available to accommodate every request. There aren't enough words to praise this crew—from the meticulous tile work and window installations to the seamless roof integration and top-tier equipment. My family is forever grateful. They feel like family now, and while we love the serenity of our new space, we actually miss having them around. Brandon, Derek, Doug, and Aaron are the only contractors I will ever hire.

We recently worked with 3G to complete a kitchen addition/remodel that involved a complete gut of our existing kitchen and moving the back wall out 8’ while also extending the roof line to provide cover for our back deck. Because of the layout of our house, our desire to adjust some doorways into the kitchen, and to extend the tile floor throughout our entry at the same time it impacted almost all rooms on the first floor of our home. Brandon, Derek, and the rest of the 3G crew made this whole process go as easily and unobtrusive as a project of this magnitude could have been. The biggest thing to me, that you will see repeated in many of the other reviews, is that they say what they are going to do and they do what they say. The quality of their workmanship is top notch and you can tell they take pride in their work. Every wall was plumb and square, transitions between new and old are seamless, and when they found some of the exterior pine ceiling they received wasn’t up to their expectations they didn’t install it and sourced new materials. We had worked with an architect to develop formal plans before going out to bid so I can’t speak to working with them to do full design work. However, the interior layout was something that I had drawn up myself and they were instrumental in filling in the details that I hadn’t covered or wasn’t sure how to handle. They were also flexible in terms of splitting the scope of work. I’m a reasonably handy person and they were willing to work with us to leave many of the finishing steps in our scope. We ended up with them finishing the exterior complete and taking the interior to finished drywall while also handling all electrical and plumbing. As the flooring, cabinets, and countertops were in our scope we certainly slowed the finishing steps down but working with them was easy and we never waited more than a few days once we were ready. Working with them was a great experience and we are very happy with the results. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for additions or remodeling work. I’ll happily work with them again in the future.

3G Construction of WNY did an incredible job on our 2nd story cathedral-style morning room addition off the back end of our kitchen. This was a very intricate project that involved opening up the back wall of our kitchen. Brandon and his crew created two new exits from our morning room that extended to a beautiful 2nd story covered outdoor porch, and then a small balcony on the other side, with a new composite deck staircase leading to a covered patio space on the ground floor. We fully trusted, and were very pleased with any 3rd party subcontractors that Brandon enlisted for our project. 3G’s flexibility, reliability, and professionalism is unmatched, and you would be doing yourself a disservice by not contacting them for a quote regarding any of your home renovation needs. Thank you again to the entire crew for treating our home like your own, and becoming a fun extension of our family this past Summer - we can’t wait to have you back! 😊
